Each Lacadivas piece is carefully designed by
Tatiana and Paulo. Everything is handmade with love in a atelier in Portugal. We collaborate with Italian and Portuguese teams to ensure we offer the highest quality items for you. -
- Washing: Hand wash with cold water and dry in the shade to prolong the life of your products.
- Sunscreens: Be careful when applying sunscreens, as some can damage the fabric.
- Rough surfaces: Avoid using the products on rough surfaces to prevent damage.
- First use: We recommend washing the products before the first use.
- Post-use washing: Hand wash with our soap in cold running water to remove all chlorine and salt residues. Wash products with different colors and textures separately.
- Additional care: Do not soak, do not store the product wet, gently squeeze without wringing, and do not use harsh detergents.
- Avoid: Do not use washing machines, dryers, dry cleaning, or ironing.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days for your bikini. Items must be in their original condition, with the return tag and hygiene seal still in place.
Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements. Lacadivas offers a full refund (item price excluding the original shipping cost) on items that meet the above conditions. -
Requesting a return has never been easier! We offer hassle-free returns within 14 days for
your bikini. To initiate a return, simply fill out the Return Form on our website using the email address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving the order.Once your RA number is assigned, the product must be
received back by Lacadivas within 14 days. Please note that we cannot refund
initial shipping charges for goods returned, except for faulty items.We also cannot refund return postage costs. Once the items are received, we will send
your new pieces or you will receive your refund (item price excluding the original shipping cost). Once your return or exchange is received at the
warehouse, please allow 48 hours for processing.Lacadivas cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit. We recommend using a registered mail service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouses. Fees are
non-refundable. -
- For exchanges: just return the piece(s) you wish to exchange.
- For refunds: the entire set must be returned (top, bottom, and bag). Please note we do not mix and match styles and colors. All bikini sets on the site are sold as is. We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.
